Senior Care Helpline is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping seniors and their loved ones navigate and understand their options through the difficult process of aging. With our support group assistance, we will help find the right solution for you or your loved one.
Our history
My name is Julian Padilla and I started in the Senior Care Industry in 2010. Shortly after starting in the industry I began to see countless senior citizens struggle to meet their daily needs due to a fixed income and unaware of available resources. Often times I would contact government agencies and senior programs to help a senior I was working with only to find out no one could help. I spent endless hours calling city and state programs, only to be given another number to call, a number no longer in service. The rare times I did speak to someone the service they provided was not what I needed.
After a year of this I became frustrated with a system that was not helping seniors and seeing no one willing to help our seniors. It was there in the midst of my frustration that I decided to make a difference and started Senior Care HelpLine. I named it HelpLine because we are a phone call away and will do everything we can to help you and your loved one. Since then, Senior Care HelpLine has helped thousands of seniors. We help seniors quickly transition from their current residence into a Residential Care Facility and in some cases can place seniors the same day. It's our mission to help the elderly cope with the changes taking place in their golden years.
